Canandaigua woman faces felony charges after 911 complaint

Police arrested a Canandaigua woman for felony DWI after a driver complaint about a sick or intoxicated driver in the city.

Melissa Eisenhauer, 28, was arrested for felony DWI and felony aggravated DWI after a 911 call reporting an intoxicated driver.

Police located her and initiated a traffic stop. At that point, she was found to be intoxicated; and have a prior conviction of DWI in the last decade.

This elevated the charges to felony status. She was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
