Police report the arrest of a 70-year-old on harassment charges after allegedly making death threats at a local apartment complex.
According to a news release, Alexander Francis, 70, was arrested for first-degree harassment.
He’s accused of harassing an employee of the apartment complex and making death threats on a continuous basis.
He was released on his own recognizance.
