Police say a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody on Saturday following a domestic incident.
The Seneca Falls Police Department was dispatched to a domestic incident around 7:30 p.m.
Zachary Weston, 36, allegedly refused to comply with officer’s requests while they investigated the scene.
Subsequently he was charged with obstrcution and resisting arrest.
According to police, he was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges at a later date.
