Bristol Mountain opens its doors, and slopes, for the 2023-24 season

Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is set to open its doors for the 2023-24 season on Thursday, marking the beginning of its winter operations. The resort, which began its snowmaking operations last week, will welcome visitors starting at noon. On its opening day, the resort will operate until 4 p.m., offering guests access to three trails via the Comet Express Lift.

Bristol Mountain has scheduled its operations for the first weekend, being open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The schedule for operations beyond this weekend will be announced at a later date. This opening comes as a much-anticipated event for winter sports enthusiasts in the region.

Operations Manager Paul Trippi expressed excitement about the season’s start, highlighting the efforts of the snowmaking team at Bristol Mountain. “Our team has worked tirelessly, taking advantage of every opportunity to create optimal snow conditions,” said Trippi. The resort prides itself on having one of the industry’s leading snowmaking teams and is eager to provide visitors with a premier skiing and snowboarding experience, showcasing the hard work of its staff.
