Police: Rochester man stole bike in Seneca Falls, then fought with owner

Police arrested a Rochester man following a bicycle larceny investigation in Seneca Falls.


Willie Williams, 33, is accused of intentionally stealing a bicycle that didn’t belong to him.

That theft led to an altercation with the owner. During that incident, Williams is accused of recklessly damaging the bicycle.

The value of the damage exceeded $250, which resulted in two charges – criminal mischief and petit larceny.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
