Deputies arrested a Manchester resident on a felony charge after an investigation over the weekend.
On Sunday around 3:30 p.m. deputies arrested Dominic Delgatto, 33, was charged with aggravated family offense after an investigation into a violated court order.
It was determined that Delgatto disobeyed a stay away order of protection by staying at the victim’s place of residence.
It was also determined that he had been convicted of a qualifying offense in the last five years, which resulted in the aggravated family offense charge.
He will appear in local court at a later date to answer the charge.
