Deputies arrested an Ontario man following a traffic stop on State Route 104.
David Venor, 38, was arrested after failing field sobriety tests during a traffic stop, which was prompted by speeding.
He was charged with DWI, speeding, operating with a suspended registration, and refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test.
He refused a chemical test throughout the investigation.
Venor was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
