Deputies arrested a Clyde man after he turned himself in at the sheriff’s office following a property damage incident.
Ralph Tavano III, 38, of Lyons was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief after striking a vehicle with a baseball bat.
Over $1,835 in damage was done to the vehicle, deputies said.
Tavano was taken into custody and will answer the charges at a later date.
