Authorities say a Canandaigua man was killed in a car crash in Livingston County last week.
The sheriff’s office say they were called to East Main Street around 5:30 a.m. on October 17.
Investigators say a large truck was pulling a trailer out of a parking lot when the trailer broke away and rolled into the road.
The trailer blocked the eastbound lane and part of the westbound lane, as a vehicle with four occupants collided with it.
All four of the individuals inside the vehicle were taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. However, Lloyd Kelly, 69, of Canandaigua died from his injuries at the scene.
All three other passengers are expected to survive at this time.
The driver of the truck has been issued an array of tickets, but was not yet identified.
