Deputies arrested a Geneva man following a disturbance on Genesis Way in the town of Geneva.
Joshua Perry, 35, was charged with second-degree menacing after threatening a person with a pocket knife during an incident.
The victim was not injured.
The incident occurred on October 18 around 11:50 a.m., and the charges will be answered at a later date.
