Tasked with enhancing Tompkins’ retirement offerings, Vazquez will team up with the firm’s wealth advisors and partners, focusing on refining retirement plan solutions, streamlining plan designs, and synchronizing vendor relationships.
James Sperry, senior vice president and managing director for Tompkins’ Western New York division, highlighted the company’s excitement in having Vazquez onboard, emphasizing his unmatched expertise and dedication to clients.
Boasting a 35-year career span, Vazquez’s credentials include 22 years in the retirement plan domain, complemented by 13 years in finance and banking. He has had tenures at Wealth Enhancement Group’s QCI Team, EPIC Retirement Plan Services, and Lifetime Benefits Solutions. A graduate of Monroe Community College and St. John Fisher College, Vazquez also holds an Accredited Investments Fiduciary certification. He presently resides in Webster, New York, with his family.
