On September 16, 2023, State Troopers in Clarence arrested Ronald M. Eason, 62, of Canisteo following a response to a suspicious person complaint on Rockland Avenue.
Eason, found inside his vehicle, displayed symptoms of impairment, leading officers to suspect drug-induced impairment while driving.
Upon further inspection, authorities uncovered narcotics within Eason’s vehicle. Eason was subsequently taken into custody and later underwent a blood test at Millard Fillmore Hospital.
The charges pressed against Eason include DWAI drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He has since been released but is scheduled for a court appearance in Clarence at a forthcoming date.
