The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Jessica R Bouwens, 44, of Newark, following an investigation into a family disturbance that transpired in Arcadia.
Bouwens is alleged to have physically assaulted a juvenile at a residence on Ford Road.
She faces charges of harassment in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
After her arrest, Bouwens was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for processing and then transferred to the Wayne County Jail, where she awaits a CAP arraignment before the presiding judge.
