Seneca Falls man charged with menacing, harassment, contempt, and burglary after two investigations

The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 38-year-old Brandon A. Carlson on August 31, pursuant to two arrest warrants detailing domestic incidents.

Carlson, a resident of Seneca Falls, faced charges stemming from allegations of threatening and chasing a victim in July, instilling fear for her safety.

According to authorities, Carlson was charged with menacing in the third degree and harassment in the second degree for the July incident.

A subsequent event in August alleged that Carlson, despite an active class A order of protection, forcibly entered the same victim’s residence and caused property damage.

For the latter incident, he is facing charges including criminal contempt in the first degree, burglary in the second degree, and criminal mischief in the third degree—all felonies.

Following his arrest, Carlson was taken to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, awaiting arraignment.
