The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Floyd M. Frey Jr., 62, of Macedon, after a traffic stop.

Frey faces charges of DWI, failure to keep right, and other traffic violations.

During the stop, deputies detected signs of intoxication, including the odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, and slurred speech.

After failing standardized field sobriety tests, Frey provided a breath sample indicating a blood alcohol content of .08%.

He was taken to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for further processing and subsequently released with a summons to appear before the Town of Macedon Court at a future date.
