Deputies say a Junius man was arrested for stealing a gaming device that didn’t belong to him over the weekend.
On July 3 around 3:30 p.m. Derek Shove, 37, was charged with petit larceny.
The charge stems from an investigation where Shove took a gaming device that didn’t belong to him – and gave it to another person.
He was released on an appearance ticket after being processed.
