Troopers: Felony charges filed after vehicle intentionally damaged during dispute

On June 11 state police responded to a reported case of criminal mischief on Birch Lane in the town of Campbell.

Upon investigation, they determined that Christopher M. Gallagher, a 35-year-old resident of Campbell had intentionally damaged another vehicle by opening his car door into it.

Following the investigation, Gallagher was arrested and charged with Criminal Mischief, as a Class E Felony.

He was processed and issued an appearance ticket for the Campbell Town Court, where he is scheduled to appear on July 10, 2023, at 9:30 a.m.
