Seneca Falls man threatens person during dispute, then flees police

Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following a disturbance at a local residence.

On Saturday, June 10 around 10:55 p.m. the police arrested David Whitcomb, 38, of Seneca Falls, following a domestic dispute.

Police had been called to a private residence for the report of a domestic disturbance. An investigation determined that Whitcomb had engaged in violent and threating behavior towards the victim.

He then attempted to flee from Law Enforcement during the investigation.

Whitcomb was ultimately charged with resisting arrest, obstruction, and harassment.

He was transported to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
