Wednesday’s game between the Chicago White Sox and New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium was postponed due to the air quality from the Canadian wildfires, Major League Baseball announced.
The contest will be made up as part of a single-admission doubleheader on Thursday. Game 1 will begin at 4:05 p.m., and Game 2 will start at 7:05 p.m.
The White Sox and Yankees played their series opener in smoky conditions on Tuesday, with Chicago defeating New York 3-2.
