State police arrested a Hornell man for DWI after being stopped for speeding in the village of Arkport.
According to troopers the arrest took place on Saturday, June 3 on State Route 36 in the village of Arkport.
The operator, later identified as Curtis Quick, 22, of Hornell, was found to be intoxicated and speeding.
He was charged with DWI.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
