Deputies arrested a Lyons man following an overnight investigation on Water Street.
Details were not released, but according to a news release the incident took place during the early morning hours on Saturday.
Clarence Cooper, 32, is accused of threatening a group of people with a pocket knife.
He was charged with second-degree menacing.
Cooper was taken into custody and transported to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
