Deputies arrested a 29-year-old Campbell man following an investigation in the town of Bath.
Gage Heffner, 29, is accused of violating an order of protection by repeatedly contacting a person.
He’d previously been convicted of criminal contempt, which resulted in the elevation of the charge.
He was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, both felonies.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
