Police are investigating vandalism in the city of Ithaca.
During the early-morning hours on Sunday the warm memorial in Dewitt Park was vandalized by unknown individuals.
The war memorial and surrounding sidewalk area were spray painted with shapes, words, and graffiti tags.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact IPD.
