Deputies say a Seneca Falls woman had a BAC three-times the legal limit during a traffic stop in the town of Fayette.
According to a news release, on May 6 around 6:50 p.m. deputies arrested Gabrielle Marriott, 27, for failing to keep right. Deputies said leading up to the traffic stop the driver was crossing hazard markings.
Following a roadside investigation, Marriott’s BAC was found to be 0.24%. She was issued appearance tickets for failure to keep right, crossing hazard markings, driving while intoxicated, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
