State police arrested an Elmira driver following a traffic stop on Lake Street in Horseheads.
According to police, Bryan Campbell, 61, was found to be impaired after showing signs of intoxication during a traffic stop.
He submitted to field sobriety tests and failed.
Campbell was charged with DWAI drugs and other traffic violations. The charges will be answered at a later date.
