Deputies report the arrest of a Gorham man following a roadside investigation on County Road 50 in the town of Canandaigua.

Around 11 p.m. on April 7 deputies arrested Daniel Graef, 58, for DWI.

The arrest stemmed from a traffic complaint originating on County Road 50. During the investigation, deputies say Graef showed ‘obvious’ signs of intoxication, according to a press release.

He was issued traffic citations and will answer the charges at a later date.
