One day after bringing in free-agent guard David Edwards for a visit, the Buffalo Bills signed him to a one-year contract, the team announced Thursday.
Edwards, 26, was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
Since entering the league, he has appeared in 54 games and started in 46 while recovering two fumbles.
Edwards will now compete with Ike Boettger and Greg Mancz during training camp for a starting spot on the offensive line.
