GoNetSpeed expanding into Canandaigua

Canandaigua residents can now enjoy high-speed fiber internet thanks to a $3.7 million investment by telecommunications company GoNetspeed. The company announced on Thursday that its services are now available for homes and businesses throughout the City of Canandaigua, and interested customers can sign up for services on their website.

GoNetspeed is currently in the process of expanding throughout the state and already operates in Cheektowaga, Depew, Geneva, Newark, Palmyra, Seneca Falls, and Waterloo. With the completion of its construction in Canandaigua, the company can now offer its unique fiber internet services to thousands of new customers.

Paul Griswold, GoNetspeed Senior Vice President of Global Marketing & General Manager of New York Operations, expressed excitement about the expansion. “With Canandaigua’s construction officially complete, thousands of locations have the chance to experience the one-of-a-kind impact of fiber internet,” he said.

GoNetspeed currently operates in nine states and offers download and upload speeds ranging from 300 megabits per second to 1,000 megabits per second.
