Deputies report the arrest of a Manchester man following a domestic incident in Palmyra.

According to a news release, Torrance Coleman, 27, was charged with harassment after becoming physical during a dispute.

He’s accused of grabbing his girlfriend by the arm and shoving her down.

Coleman was processed at the Wayne County Jail.
