Canandaigua man charged with felony DWI after speeding in Seneca County

New York State Police arrested a Canandaigua man on a felony count of DWI after a traffic stop in the town of Varick.

According to troopers, Larry Hulo, 31, of Canandaigua was charged with felony DWI and other traffic infractions following a stop on Route 96A.

The stop was conducted due to Hulo speeding.

He was found to be intoxicated and charged. He’ll return to Varick Town Court at a later date.
