The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a local man following an erratic driver complaint over the weekend.
Sean L. Dallos, a 48-year-old resident of Seneca Falls, was arrested on Saturday following a complaint of an erratic vehicle on Bridge Street. Upon arrival at the scene, officers observed Dallos’ vehicle being operated on the wrong side of the road and failing to use a turn signal.
Upon stopping the vehicle, they also observed signs that Dallos was driving while intoxicated.
Dallos was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level of .18% or higher. The DWI charges were classified as felonies due to a previous conviction. In addition to the DWI charges, Dallos was charged with failure to maintain lane, failure to keep right, and unsafe turn without a signal.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
