The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department made an arrest in connection to a larceny investigation that took place at the local Wal-Mart Supercenter on Wednesday, February 1st.
Pamela D. Tiffany, 53, of Syracuse was apprehended by police after she was observed by Walmart Asset Protection employees failing to scan items while in the store. Tiffany was caught allegedly passing all points of sale without paying for the items in her possession.
As a result of the investigation, Tiffany was charged with one count of Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor.
She was processed by the police and then released on an appearance ticket, requiring her to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charge.
