On Thursday, February 2nd the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested 38-year-old David J. Buckland of Gorham, New York.
The arrest stems from an incident that took place in June 2020 when Buckland was arrested for petit larceny.
According to the police, Buckland failed to report to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center for a weekend work program and as a result, a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. The police carried out the warrant and took Buckland into custody.
Buckland was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility, where he will await arraignment in the Seneca County Centralized Arraignment Part Court. No further information regarding the details of Buckland’s case has been released to the public at this time.
