State police arrested a Rochester man in Wayne County on several drug charges after a traffic stop.
The traffic stop happened on Route 104 in Williamson, according to police, who said it was triggered by an expired inspection.
Rasheed Williams, 30, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Williamson was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment.
