The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man following an investigation into a personal injury crash that happened on December 5th, 2022.
According to a news release, the crash happened in the town of Palmyra, when John Synesael, 51, drove off the road and struck a tree.
Deputies said he was injured in the crash and had to be airlifted to a local hospital.
The 51-year-old was charged with felony DWI and other violations.
He was released and will answer the charges at a later date.
