The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Walworth man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Frank Charella, 37, of Walworth is accused of getting into a physical domestic incident with his 15-year-old son.
It’s reported the incident became physical with Frank hitting his son and kicking him multiple times.
As result, his son, who was not identified, suffered bruised ribs and a broken nose.
Charella was charged with second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
