Deputies report the arrest of a Bristol man following a traffic stop on Whitetail Drive on December 31st.
According to a news release, Andrew Malaney, 32, of Bristol was charged with DWI after a complaint at his residence.
He was found to have operated a vehicle while intoxicated.
Malaney was charged with DWI and will answer the charge at a later date.
