On Thursday, December 29th state troopers from the Auburn barracks were patrolling State Route 90 in Summerhill, New York when they noticed a suspicious vehicle.
Upon further investigation, they arrested 22-year-old Cera E. Miller, a resident of Genoa, for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
According to the police report, Ms. Miller was found to be in possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription.
She has been issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Summerhill Court on January 31, 2023 to answer to the charge.
