Deputies: Rochester man stopped for speeding found to be intoxicated after investigation in Seneca County

Deputies say a Rochester man was taken into custody for driving under the influence after a traffic stop in Waterloo.

Terry Owen, age 59, of Rochester was stopped on December 17th around 4:30 p.m. for speeding.

Upon investigation he was found to be intoxicated.

As result, Owen was charged with DWI, speeding, and issued other traffic tickets.

The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
