Deputies: Erratic driver in Ontario charged with DWI after failing field sobriety tests

Deputies arrested an Ontario man following an investigation into a traffic stop on Ridge Road late-Tuesday.

According to a news release, Damon Ciravolo, age 31, of Ontario was charged with DWI after deputies observed him driving erratically.

He was asked to participate in field sobriety tests and agreed. Deputies said that he failed those tests, which led to his arrest.

Once transported to the Wayne County Jail he submitted a chemical test, which yielded at 0.12% BAC.

Ciravolo was processed and will answer the charges at a later date.
