Deputies arrested a 51-year-old Arkport man following a larceny investigation in Steuben County.
Erik Briggs, age 51, is accused of stealing property from another person. That property was valued at more than $3,000.
It’s further alleged that Briggs made a false entry to a business record to benefit himself.
He was charged with grand larceny and falsifying business records – both felonies.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
