The Rochester Americans held off the Utica Comets, 3-2, on Saturday night at the Adirondack Bank Center. With the victory, Rochester snapped a three-game skid and improved to 8-5-1-1 on the season.

The game was tied at two late in the second period when Isak Rosen scored what would be the game-winning goal, his third of the season.

Rochester went 1-for-4 on the power play and 2-for-3 on the penalty kill.

The Amerks will be back in action on Wednesday when they host the Providence Bruins at 7 p.m.
