Deputies: Red Creek man faces felony charges after shoving person protected by court order during domestic

Deputies arrested a Red Creek man following a domestic incident on Tuesday.

Around 8:55 p.m. deputies arrested Dale Roberts, 55, of Red Creek for harassment, felony contempt, criminal mischief, and felony aggravated family offense.

The charges stem from a domestic disturbance where Roberts allegedly shoved a victim and smashed their cell phone.

An order of protection was already active for the victim, deputies said.

Roberts was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
