Deputies report the arrest of a Farmington man following a shoplifting incident at Tops Market in Farmington.
Around 1:30 p.m. on October 21st Gregory Hubbard, 42, was charged with petit larceny. The original complaint was filed on October 6th.
During that theft, Hubbard was identified as the getaway vehicle driver. The person who executed the theft directly is accused of taking over $700 worth of unpaid merchandise.
Investigators located Hubbard at the Ontario County Jail. He was in custody on unrelated charges.
The new charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
