Deputies report the arrest of a Hector woman following an investigation into public benefits.
Megan Meier, 42, is accused of receiving over $1,000 in benefits she was not entitled to receive.
As result, Meier was charged with one count of grand larceny.
The charges will be answered in Montour Falls court at a later date.
