Police in Penn Yan arrested a 41-year-old following an investigation into a stolen debit card.
Gary Anderson Jr., 41, of Penn Yan was charged with eight counts of grand larceny, a felony, after that investigation.
He’s accused of using the debit card to make a string of withdrawals from the victim’s account.
Anderson turned himself into police. He was arraigned without incident.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
