Geneva sex offender being held on parole violation found to have violated state registry laws

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 26-year-old Geneva man following a sex offender registry violation.

According to a release, Marcus St. Denis, 26, is a Level 3 sex offender and was being held at the Ontario County Jail regarding a parole violation.


Deputies discovered that St. Denis failed to register new employment and an address change within the required 10 day window, per New York State law.

He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
