KENNY’S 2 PENNIES: Lions and Tigers and Bears (podcast)

  • / Updated:
  • Paul Russo

Kenny Haas thunders into the studio for a new Kenny’s 2 Pennies. Kenny opens with a discussion on the Syracuse football team rolling Wagner 59-0 on Saturday. He wonders about the mercy rule during the second half and whether other teams would do the same. Kenny then looks ahead past the bye week and to North Carolina State. The Bills survived and beat Baltimore at the buzzer which brought much joy to Kenny. He discusses the game and shoutouts Jordan Poyer for his excellent defense and two key interceptions. Kenny then previews the game against the Steelers which means a bit of a sibling rivalry with his brother.

With a string of head coaches in college getting fired early in the season like Herm Edwards, Paul Chryst, and Geoff Collins, Kenny wonders what four games into the season is up only. He then wraps up the show discussing the Mynderse football team and Waterloo’s switch of team nickname to the Tigers.
