Wayne County man resists arrest following domestic incident

Police arrested an Ontario resident after a domestic incident on Thursday.

According to a news release, State Police arrested Justin D. Elliot, 32, of Ontario for criminal contempt and harassment.

The arrest took place after report of an incident on Brown Square in Ontario. Elliot was also charged for resisting arrest.

He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail and is pending arraignment.
