Police took a Waterloo woman into custody following a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department cited Kelly J. Arnold, 59, of Waterloo for operating a vehicle with a suspended drivers license.
Arnold was additionally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and an inadequate plate lamp violation.
Arnold is due to appear before the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
